1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RepoSprint, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service with EDAX TECNOLOGIA LTDA - EPP ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

RepoSprint is a sprint management platform that integrates with GitHub to help development teams plan, track, and analyze their sprints using real-time data.

3. Account Terms

• You must have a valid GitHub account to use RepoSprint
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the service
• One person may not maintain more than one free account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service to send spam or malware
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code

5. Payment Terms

For paid plans:

• Billing is monthly or annual, in advance
• Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes
• You can cancel at any time; access continues until period ends
• When switching from monthly to annual billing, you receive prorated credit for unused time
• Promotional or introductory pricing may be offered from time to time
• Promotional rates are locked in for the lifetime of your active subscription
• Standard pricing applies to new subscriptions; existing subscribers retain their original rate

6. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with RepoSprint. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for partial months. You can cancel anytime and retain access until the end of your billing period.
• Annual subscriptions: Full refund available within the first 14 days of purchase if you're not satisfied. After 14 days, no refunds are provided, but you retain access until the end of your annual period.
• Downgrades: If you downgrade from Pro to Trial, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle. No refunds for the current period.
• Billing errors: If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days at [email protected] for review.

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your account email and reason for the request. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

7. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. By using RepoSprint, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepoSprint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Brazil.
